We aim to get things right first time — but if something’s not up to scratch, we want to fix it.

 

1. Tell Us

Include: 

​

  • Your name & contact 

  • What happened 

  • When & where 

  • What you’d like us to do 

 

2. We Respond

​

  • Within 2 working days - we’ll acknowledge your complaint. 

  • Within 7 working days - full reply with our findings and solution. 

 

3. If You’re Still Unhappy

​

  • We’ll arrange a call or visit (your choice). 

  • Final written response within 14 days.

 

4. External Help

​

If we can’t agree:

​

  • Small Claims Mediation Service (free) 

  • Trading Standards (Norfolk County Council)

 

We keep complaints confidential and use them to improve.
