These terms apply to all personal support. By booking, you agree.
1. Services
We help with everyday organisation:

Online errands (shopping, NHS prescriptions, banking)

Paperwork & bills
-
Tech made simple (email, tablets, video calls)
-
Writing support
-
Companionship with a chat
-
Light cleaning & cupboard clearing

No medical care. Just practical help.

Usually this service is only available in North Norfolk, but for an ad hoc service please do contact us and we can see what we can do.
2. Rates & Billing
-
One-off: £25/hour
-
Weekly: £20/hour (min 1 hr)
Billing:
-
First hour billed in full
-
After that: 30-minute increments
VAT not applicable (under threshold).
3. Booking & Payment
Payment options:
-
On the day: Card (Stripe on phone), cash, or bank transfer
-
Invoice: Due on completion (Net 7 days)
-
Receipt: Issued immediately for card/cash.

Late fee: 8% after 7 days on invoices.
4. Cancellation
-
24 hours notice or 50% fee.
-
No-show: Full fee.
5. Your Responsibilities

Be home (or give access).

Pay on time.
-
Keep info confidential.
6. Our Promise

DBS-checked

£1m public liability + professional indemnity

Work done properly, on time

Always respectful of your home
7. Liability
-
Capped at fees paid.

Not liable for pre-existing issues.
8. Termination
-
Either party: 24 hours written notice.

We finish booked work or refund deposit.
9. Governing Law
- English law. Courts of England and Wales.
